Driver Success Lead | Zifty | Full-Time | In-Office
You'll be the primary point of contact for driver support, working closely with Operations to maintain reliability, accountability, and engagement across the platform.
What You'll Do
- Manage driver onboarding, orientation, and activation
- Handle escalations, pay disputes, and support issues professionally and promptly
- Monitor performance metrics, reliability trends, and zone coverage gaps
- Communicate operational updates, safety alerts, and company initiatives to drivers
- Build engagement initiatives that strengthen driver morale and recognition
- Maintain SOPs, training materials, and driver-facing resources
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements
What We're Looking For
- Background in operations, logistics, driver management, or customer support
- Comfortable managing difficult conversations with empathy and accountability
- Strong communicator who is highly organized and detail-oriented
- Experience with operational or workforce management software a plus
Compensation $50,000–$60,000 | Full benefits
